II.Conditions not Covered by Warranty Service
The repair service cannot be provided in the following situations:
- Fault-free graphic cards;
- Graphic card beyond warranty period;
- Modify the BIOS of graphic card without permission;
- Graphic cards with physical damages such as lack of graphic card components and plug-ins, PCB deformation, serious scratch of circuit, oxidation corrosion, burning of components;
- Graphic card with no product “barcodes” or “barcodes” have been altered, torn, moved, or unidentifiable;
- Graphic card damaged due to human negligence or error use or force majeure, such as graphic card damage caused by water immersion, fire, lightning stroke and other mechanical damage; damage of graphic card caused by failure to use in accordance with the instruction manual;
- The graphic card is damaged due to improper packaging or transportation operation in the process of sending the defective parts for repair;
- An irretrievable graphic card caused by your or a third party’s unauthorized attempts to disassemble or replace components (such as heat sinks);
Note:
- VASTARMOR does not provide any warranty service for the graphic card for mining with non-mining card;
- For matters not covered herein, Depending on territory Regional differences may apply, please enquire with the original shops or our local offices;
- The Company reserves the right to identify the cause of VASTARMOR graphic card failure and the right of final interpretation of the above terms.
